Itinerary Request & Free Shuttle Bus

To better assist you with your early settlement, we would like to request you to provide us with your flight itinerary to Korea. Simply click the 'Next' button at the bottom of the page to proceed to the next section, where you can enter your arrival and departure dates and times. 

For your convenience, we are arranging a complimentary shuttle bus service on July 28th for arrivals and August 15th for departures. If you wish to use this service, please go ahead and select your time preference.

Please note that we do not offer individual airport pick-up services, and you won't be able to use the shuttle bus without selecting a time on the answer page. Shuttle buses operate only on the official arrival and departure days. If you arrive in Korea outside of these service hours, taking a taxi (approximately KRW 50,000) may be your best option.


We'll schedule the shuttle buses after collecting all your flight information. Therefore, it's crucial to let us know your accurate flight schedule.

     - For Arrivals (Airport Pick-up) : July 28th (Sun) at ICN Airport
     - For Departures (Airport Drop-off) : August 15th (Thu) at the Dormitory

※ Baggage Regulations : Due to limited space on shuttle buses, luggage is strictly limited to 1 backpack and 1 suitcase for using the shuttle buses. If you have additional luggage, please arrange your own transportation. Shuttle buses reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

※ Accommodation Information : All students will be accommodated in the school dormitory (Woongbijae). Please note that early check-in or late check-out, apart from the designated days, is NOT possible.
